Course Outline:
Audience: The audience for the networking concepts training includes; network administrators, network designers, network managers, systems analysts, design engineers, system engineers, and technical managers. Industry knowledge workers employed in telecommunications, data communications and office automation disciplines, have responsibilities involving the design, implementation, administration or configuration of local area networks (LANs). In this curriculum, the core courses are Local Area Networks Fundamentals and Local Area Networks Interconnections. Students will then take the course pertaining to the operating system used within your organization, either; Windows NT, Novell NetWare, UNIX or Linux depending on the network operating systems used at your organization.
