Career Program Overview:
A High School Diploma is awarded for completion of this independent, self-study program. Credit can be given for comparable high school and General Equivalency Degree (GED) courses passed or for past experience, vocational and military training, Peace Corps, and VISTA. The program consists of required core courses and elective courses, selected by the student to fit their personal and career interests. A Student Handbook is available to thoroughly describe the program, course offerings, and enrollment procedures.

Key Courses Within The Career Program:
Reading Skills; Basic English; General Math I; American History; Fitness and Nutrition; Practical English; Biology; Human Relations; Consumer Math; Civics; Earth and Space Science; Written Communication; World History; General Math II; Physical Science; Literature. The Student must choose five electives from the following Elective Selection Package: Music; Psychology; Art; Economics; General Science; Auto Repair Technician; Child Day Care Management; Electrician; Home Inspector; Personal Computer Specialist; Medical Office Assistant; Teacher Aide; Chemistry; Spanish; Trigonometry and Analytic Geometry; American Literature.
