Enroll now and start immediately! Class is in session whenever you're ready to learn.

Why is my student number important?
This is the fastest and easiest method of communicating with Penn Foster. It also is your individual number uniquely yours.

Where can I find my student number?
The number is on your student ID card. Your number will also appear on all shipping labels.

How do I submit exams?
Penn Foster offers three ways to submit exams. Tel Test (see Service page for numbers) Exam Express, and online testing (see Student Login-home page).

How do I pay for courses?
Penn Foster accepts Amex, Discover, Visa, Master Card, money orders and checks. If you are a company using purchase orders we will bill/invoice with original PO attached to order. If your company uses education vouchers for their employees attach the original voucher.

Is Penn Foster accredited?
Yes. Penn Foster is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Secondary Schools for our High School and Vocational-Technical programs. Penn Foster is also accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC). Penn Foster is licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Private Licensed Schools. The Center for Degree Studies is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Two- Year Colleges. Are there any time limits on programs?
Yes. Penn Foster Degree programs are allowed 6 years for the completion of 4 semesters. Students are allowed 18 months for each semester. For other programs such as Apprenticeships, contact us here or (800) 803-2329.
