You may place an order by contacting your Training Consultant. Organizations may order by telephone, mail, fax, or email. Please have an authorized Purchase Order number ready. NOTE: When you, or your Purchasing Department sends the paper confirmation document, please identify it clearly as a "Confirmation Order - Do Not Duplicate. We also accept orders with Amex, Discover, MasterCard, VISA; credit cards. Orders received from individuals will require payment at the time of processing, by check, money order, or credit card.

5% shipping and handling charge is added to all purchases, except unless the shipping method is specified in your order, shipment will be by best direct method, as determined by Penn Foster. We offer express shipments by next-day or two-day air and will bill you for the actual cost of this service.

Program Outlines are provided for each student enrolled using the Penn Foster Administration option at the start of the training. This, along with a packing list, itemizes each shipment of courseware and materials.

Terms and Conditions

EXPIRATION DATE: The time the trainee will be allowed to complete this program based on the time limit established by you and your Penn Foster Training Consultant.

ADDED UNITS: If the trainee already has a trainee number, indicate whether this sale is added units to an existing program. If added units is not indicated a new trainee number will be assigned. If the original enrollment was cash or cash billed, added units must also be cash or cash billed. If the original enrollment was installment, added units may be for cash, cash billed, or installment. If trainee wants added units on installment, the original enrollment must be paid in full.

CANCELLATION:
Penn Foster Administered (Cash or 30 Day Billed) An order for material may be returned within 30 days of receipt for cash refund, provided the order has been paid. A restocking charge of 20% of total purchase price (plus shipping & handling) will be deducted from the cash refund. Material must be returned in salable condition prior to issuance of cash refund. Or a replacement credit memo may be issued toward the purchase of any training materials of equal or greater value. Credit is forthe full amount of the invoice. No restocking charge will be applied toward the credit invoice. The shipping & handling charges will not be applied to the credit invoice. These policies apply to texts, blocks, training aids, and parts kits only. Replacement credit remains in effect for 6 months from the date of replacement credit issuance and may be used only for the purchase of printed materials of equal or greater costs. Replacement credit is not refundable in cash, nor can it be applied toward outstanding invoices. It can be applied on a one for one basis only. Custom test, media-based training courseware, and print-based client-administered materials cannot be returned for credit.

Penn Foster Administered Replacement Credit (Cash or 30 day Billed) If a cash purchase is canceled after 30 days of the date of the invoice, but within the estimated completion time for the program, the customer may request replacement credit, as explained above. This will be based on texts or blocks purchased but not shipped and/or printed materials returned to Penn Foster in salable condition. Penn Foster reserves the right to determine the quality of the returned materials.
Penn Foster Administered Cancellation (Monthly Installment Programs) Customers who are current with their payments on the monthly installment plan may cancel status quo. Customers who are not current must bring their payments up-to-date before canceling their programs. A completed program may not be canceled. It must be paid in full.

Apprentice Program Suspension Under special circumstances, such as strikes or layoffs, the client may find the need to suspend the apprentice program. Upon written notice of the circumstances, Penn Foster may agree to suspension of the program for a period of up to 12 months provided payments on the account are current. After 12 months of inactivity, the suspension is ended, at which time the trainee's account will be reactivated and the suspension time added to the trainee's program time limit. The 12 month suspension time limit will be extended in cases of armed forces services to incorporate the actual service time. There is no charge for the privilege. Obviously, however, if the trainee terminates anytime during the 12 month suspension period, normal cancellation or replacement policies as of the date of suspension will be applicable, depending on the client's request.

Center for Degree Studies Programs and Penn Foster Career Programs Replacement credit is not applicable to Center for Degree Studies Programs or Penn Foster Career Programs. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the cancellation and refunds policy of the Center for Degree Studies and Penn Foster.

SHIPPING AND HANDELING:
5% shipping and handling charge is added to all purchases Orders for Penn Foster Career Programs and Center for Degree Studies Programs are exempt from all shipping and handling charges.

SALES TAX: Sales tax will be added where applicable.

INDIVIDUAL: Penn Foster Administered Program orders for cash, cash billed or installment billing must be signed by a representative of the customer.
